We all know the productivity benefits of having happy staff, an increase in prospective clients wanting to visit and linger longer than expected , and of course attracting new employees.Well, with the office environment evolving more and more away from conventional designs, a company should look forward to exactly that. MTV Network has been praised for years for its commitment in the entertainment industry and creating most popular shows, and therefore its no surprise that they decided to redesign their Berlin headquarters in-order to match up with their reputation standards.

MTV Network hired German design company Dan Pearlman who without a doubt, did magic makeover in different areas including the reception area, meeting and break room areas. Dan Pearlman delivered an open atrium that now serves as MTV Network’s ‘Brand Garden,’ an area of the office that can be used for meetings or breaks with seating for up to 250 individuals. They managed to create a comfortable and welcoming scene, with greater freedom of movement that enable connection and interaction between people. I love the fun and colourful furniture and how it all offers different choices, whether you want to eat lunch in the Network Kitchen, relax in the Blue Lounge or in the Brand Garden under a stylized canopy of leaves. As for the light-hearted individuals, the Sport Lounge is the perfect place to enjoy a good game of table tennis!
